After receiving a B.S. in Nutrition & Food Science from Simmons College, and working at a popular Boston gym for three years, Sophie decided to pursue training in massage therapy. With Massage therapy added to her already extensive repertoire, she excels in the design of personalized nutrition & exercise programs for clients who wish to optimize their quality of life through lifestyle changes and alternative health care modalities.

Sophie enjoys combining multiple techniques to provide every client with a tailored treatment, customized to meet their needs. With her advanced education & training, Sophie is THE for expert clients who are looking to address excessive stress, correct postural imbalances & manage chronic or acute conditions that may benefit from massage therapy.

Laura joins the HG team in January 2009. Laura has over eight years of experience and education in orthopedic and sports massage. From 2004-2008, she served as owner and director of Balanced Bodywork, Inc.; Portland’s first group clinical massage practice. Laura’s approach has been described as “the perfect balance between thorough, deep, and efficient work that still delivers a soothing and relaxing experience.

Laura is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, a division of the Nursing and Health Professions department at the University of Southern Maine. After graduation, she hopes to begin the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at the University of New England.

Woof woof! My name is Mona & I love coming to Head Games®! In fact, unless I have a prior engagement, or have traded shifts with Coalbie, I am at Head Games® almost every day! Coalbie and I love to greet our guests at the door with a friendly woof or butt-wiggle...and do so love ear rubs and playing fetch if you have to wait a minute for your service...wink, wink! Coalbie likes to sleep on the floor, but I am a lady who enjoys fine furnishings and I am allowed on the furniture at home, so you may have to shoo me out of the color processing chairs or waiting area couches...after all, I'm just a dog! Can't wait to see you!
