Cancellation Policy

In case you need to cancel the appointment, please call Head Games Salon for hair & body at 207/773-8393. Appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled online or via email.

STRICT 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! Please understand that when you forget or cancel you appointment without giving reasonable notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Cancellations without 24 hour notice will incur the full charge for that appointment. Head Games also reserves the right to charge for late arrivals that prevent us from providing you with the services you have booked. Thank you for your understanding. Gift Certificates will automatically be voided for missed appointments or late cancellations.
