Dear Valued Client: Thank you for choosing Head Games Salon for Hair & Body for your massage therapy needs. We are happy to announce that we have found a great way for you to save money on your massage therapy treatments! To allow for the highest number of massages per year, we will no longer bill your insurance directly. You will receive a receipt that you submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. Head Games wants to make it as easy as possible for you to be reimbursed so we will provide you with the necessary forms that you will need to submit your claim with each treatment. However, should your insurance require additional information, please contact them directly.

Head Games will make this process easy & save you money at the same time. Here is how we’ll help you save:

If you have a $1000 benefit, and you apply for reimbursement you will enjoy 11 massages per year! If we billed your insurance directly, you would only receive 8 massages per year ;(

We are able to bill directly for workers compensation claims at this time.
